Terms & Conditions

1. Our organisation is Automobile Australia Pty Ltd. T/A Megalong Creek Estate ABN 41 003 460 679. Producer wholesaler licence liqw880010363.

2. Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to. or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. By entering and confirming payment details in our shopping area, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Vintages are subject to change but we will advise customers by email or telephone if this is the case before dispatch of stock. The customer has the option to confirm, cancel or modify their order at this time.

4. If a customer is unhappy with their wine purchase in any way, we are happy to provide a full refund or replacement providing that ¾ of the quantity of the original order is returned unopened and intact. Customers can only request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

5. Refunds for catering food items will not be issued if there is a third party supplier that has charged MCE.

6. Cellar door pre prepared food  i.e. Grazing boards & boxes refunds will not be issued unless 2 hours minimum cancellation requirement is met. We will do our best to facilitate refunds where possible but if food cannot be resold then it is the financial reponsibility of the patron to bear the cost. 

Delivery Policy

1. We can deliver within Australia ONLY. Some addresses may be outside of our contractor’s delivery areas.

2. Shipping fees apply and vary depending on the delivery location

3. Approximate delivery times (from email confirmation of order):
    – NSW 3-5 Working days
    – Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Hobart and Perth 7-10 working days
   – Regional Australia 7-10 working days

4. The goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. We may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. We will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.

Payment

1. All credit card payments are processed securely through the eWay Payment Gateway and Commonwealth Bank. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. Megalong Creek Estate does not store any credit card information on our servers.

2. No obligation to sell the goods will arise until we accept your order, and receive payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless by arrangement with us.
